A full refund will be granted if the following two conditions are met.

A full refund will be granted if the following two conditions are met.
- Refund is requested in first two weeks of a subscription
- Boost has been used for less than an hour
Procedure for receiving a refund:
- Send an e-mail to [email protected] requesting a refund. Specify the reason you are requesting the refund. In the e-mail provide a directory listed phone number and a time when you can be reached at this number.
- We will call you at this number for a short phone conversation. You will be informed at that time if a refund will be granted.
- If the refund is granted the cost of that month's subscription will be credited to your card.
